ANSI Menus for my BBS

I’m still building out my BBS, but I am using Menus that are quite old. They still look ok, but I want something a little more updated and a little more cohesive. Is there anyone who can help me out? Maybe stylize PlayPen BBS within the menu’s instead of it just being standard text?
