Bbcat - art viewer for modern terminal & a Rust library

Hi,

I was bit bored and realized one of my older ideas - a terminal art viewer. Few of you already have seen some glimses of this in the Discord channel.

Currently it supports most of the different formats I could find in the 16colors archives. ANSI, ANSImation, XB, DarkDraw, RIP etc.

If you decide to try it and find some issue with the app - please report it in Github issues
